This design build project included an extensive interior renovation to the existing building while seamlessly tying in a new addition.

​This renovation and addition transformed an old sports facility to a modern and functional space for today's student athletes. Equipped with custom training room, therapy room, locker rooms, study rooms and office space, this facility will keep both students and coaching staff productive.​

This growing company needed a larger space to keep up with demand. They turned to CPK to build their new facility. This project was a bit of a challenge due to the unexpected site conditions discovered during excavation.

​This interior renovation was a large undertaking on a tight timeline. ​Employees were moved one floor down to accommodate for demolition and reconstruction. Walls were removed to open up the floor space to allow for modernization, create efficient environments and flood these spaces with natural light from the exterior windows.

CPK completed on multiple projects at this facility. In addition to expanding a testing facility, created special and specific labs and testing areas within existing buildings and renovated their Cleveland offices.

CPK renovated an existing nursing home into housing for BW students enrolled in the sustainability program. The building offers a place to learn and practice sustainable living and includes gardens and greenhouse space, bike storage, living roof and solar power.​

CPK designed and built Rothenbuhler Arena to provide a space for Ambassador Football Club to grow and develop their programs.

A few years ago we were asked to renovate and update the planetarium, which was a new adventure for CPK. We have also just completed an interior renovation. New carpet, a fresh coat of paint and more have made this cool animal rehabilitation and learning facility even cooler.
