Mezzanines were created to maximize the height of the building and are primarily used for offices and storage. From the custom railing you can overlook the manufacturing floor with smooth concrete floors and overhead doors leading to the loading docs.

Energy efficient lighting and infrared tube heating create a bright and comfortable work space.
Manufacturing Space
Design and layout of the manufacturing floor was the driver of the entire building design. Space was planned to maximize function and efficiency. This space includes a soldering room with custom ventilation.
