The PNC Smarthome was built in partnership with the Cleveland Natural History Museum. It started as an exhibit at the museum to display energy efficient construction. It passed a rigorous process to be the first Certified Passive House built in the Cleveland area. After the exhibition ended the home was purchased and moved to a permanent lot not far from the museum.
A Huf Haus is a super efficient house pre-engineered in Germany and constructed on site in the US. CPK managed the project and site construction including the Geothermal and Solar systems.
