CPK added 2,000+ square feet of space to an existing building. Within the space and existing areas of the building several testing labs were built out.

One labs is built to with stand possible explosions during testing. You can see the square blast vents on the exterior of the building.

Office Renovation
Conference spaces were included in the renovation. Exterior storefront type windows were also updated.

In a separate building, the corporate offices were renovated to increase function and update appearance.

Updated features such as appliances and cabinetry created functional spaces and amenities such as a coffee station.
Elevator Addition
An interior elevator was added existing building as part of the office renovation. The pit had to be had dug and dirt carried out in buckets due to the constraints of the job site.
Mechanical Updates
Each lab required different mechanical requirements depending on its purpose. Here you can see the routing and division of the electrical systems.
Lab Space
The epoxy flooring through out the labs is durable and easy to maintain.
