Custom Living Space

This private living space includes expansive widows over looking the patio and wooded back yard. The unique detailed carpet and wooden spiral staircase complement the contemporary furniture.

Windows Everywhere

The placement of this home is in a very wooded lot. The expansive floor to ceiling windows maximize the view and anchor the contemporary style of this home.

Smart Design

This large stone fireplace is visible from both sides to warm both the dining and living space. It also provides a visual division to separate the expansive space. Details such as stone columns and flyover light fixture continue the custom feel of this home.

Personalization

We like to customize spaces for our homeowners. This healthy family requested a workout space anchored by this in-home full size racquetball court and viewing area.

First Impression

Wow your visitors before they reach the house. Here a two-tone stamped concrete driveway makes a statement.

Personalization

Off the racquetball court is a full weight and cardio room defined by ceiling work, custom woodwork and mirror and wood walls.

Modern Victorian

The Queen Ann style details on this new construction home are a nod to the Victorian era. The detailed gables, and two tone exterior provide that vintage yet modern feel.

Renovated Kitchen

This cute little kitchen was in need of an update. The warm floors, white cabinets, grey quartz and mosaic backsplash are modern yet timeless.

Expanded Kitchen

Custom cabinetry divides this expanded kitchen.

Kitchen Addition 2003

The addition is elevated due to the slope of the lot. A set of doors leads to the storage crawl space. Exterior matches the original house flawlessly. (photo 2017)

Unique materials

In this butler pantry we used a unique but durable counter made of recycled paper. It is pressed until it is rock hard and mimics quartz.

Curb Appeal

Adding this truss style entrance and stone work completed this addition and gives the home much needed curb appeal.

Upgraded

New windows, recessed lighting and french doors create a cohesive flow as one moves from existing to added spaces.

Well planned addition

This home addition looks seamless by flowing the large tile throughout the home. Bright colors and white trim define each space.

The tile details are everywhere in this master bath, including these recessed soap trays hovering over the vanity.
