Foyer


An extensive historic renovation began in the foyer with custom molding and millwork to accentuate the historic layout of the residence.


Dining Room



Restoring the crown molding and building custom period correct radiator covers created a clean and updated space while keeping with the integrity of the home.



Extensive Historic Restoration



The historic restoration included restoring the original plaster ceiling to add a geometric balance to the room. The fireplace was also restored and framed with custom built bookshelves.



Living Room



Along with the plaster ceiling, the walls were restored with custom molding.



Custom Master Suite


This fully renovated master bath included custom cabinetry and millwork while also including a disguised door that lead to the expansive walk in closet.

The fully renovated master bedroom included custom radiator covers that tie together with the custom molding throughout the room.


Kitchen



Custom built cabinetry was seamlessly incorporated to create a clean and functional kitchen space.



Connecting the 1st and 2nd story


Originally there were two separate apartments separated by the floors. In this project, we connected these two units together by adding a custom historic staircase that looks original to the architecture.


Sitting Room


Custom wall design added to the historic architecture of the ceiling that was restored while also incorporating custom molding.



Full Bath



Restored molding was only the start to the update in this restroom. Updated floors and plumbing fixtures modernized the space while keeping with the historic look.



Library


For the library, custom built bookshelves were seamlessly incorporated into the space.
