Grey glazed ceramic subway tile is dressed up by iridescent accent tile, a pot filler and under cabinet lighting.
The family room has tall vaulted ceilings and a view all they way across the family room and kitchen and into dining room.
The fireplace was refinished with stacked stone and sandwiched between two custom build in storage bins.
A first floor beadroom was converted into a large laundry/mudroom. It features custom built shelving for laundry baskets, utility sink, tall counter with a hanging rod underneath and large closet (not pictured)
The homeowner recalaimed the beam for the mantle and lightly stained it before we mounted it into place.
This bath was refreshed with new fixtures and vaniity and the shower (not pictured) re-tiled.
All upstairs bedrooms were freshly painted and new ceiling fans installed. Instantly, refreshed for this large family. .
New vanity with granite top, new fixture and fresh paint finished the "girls bath".
The boy's bath way refreshed again with new fixtures, vanity with marble top and fresh paint.
The master bath was not on the original scope of this project. The existing shower plumbing sprung a leak luckily while our crew was working down in the laundry room. We were able to stop the leak quickly and the homeowners had us repair the plumbing and re-tile the shower.
