Great Room


This expansive great room is filled with light. Creating an open floor plan to the kitchen allows that light to flow through the house.



Fireplace



The fireplace was transformed by adding a stacked stone veneer, stone slab hearth and reclaimed mantel. The built in next to the fireplace was completely removed and replaced with the modern dark stained cabinets with granite counter. The wood feature at the peak is the homeowner's creation.



Dining Area



Small changes to a darker stain on the flooring and changing out the light fixture create such a different atmosphere in this dining area.



Open Kitchen



Entertaining is easy after opening and re-configuring the kitchen. Plenty of seating at the bar for guest too.



Large Kitchen



Two cooks can easily share this completely renovated kitchen. Two large sinks, gas stove, huge granite counters, bay window, wood floors, dark stained custom cabinets, glass tile back splash and overhead lighting are on every chef's wish list.



Master Suite


Large master was refreshed. Small rooftop patio was resurfaced.



Master Vanity


The en suite master bath was gutted and reconfigured. This large grey custom vanity with granite top sits next to a huge all tile shower.



Custom Railing


Originally these staircases were walled off. They were replaced with distinctive handrails with steel balusters to open the area.



Powder Room


Small powder room on the lower level was refreshed top to bottom.



Guest Room


Adding a guest room provided an open space for guests to stay.



Custom Banister


A wooden banister with turned spindles was replaced to match the style of the new downstairs railings.



En Suite Guest Bath


The guest en suite is huge and bright. The room was gutted and reconfigured. New tub, tile and vanity modernize the room.



Laundry Room


Laundry area was refreshed with new tile, cabinetry, counters and closet doors.
