Kitchen Remodel


To remodel the kitchen, extensive masonry work had to be removed from the middle of the kitchen that extended to the floors above. New structural supports were brought in to keep the open concept and were artistically concealed by ceiling trim.


Remodeled Breakfast Nook



Extensive work was done to update the original hardware on the windows to create an updated yet period correct breakfast room.



Updated Vestibule



Updating the existing vestibule included taking the original door and refurbishing the it and its framework. The antique door now functions like new, while maintaining its old charm.



Mudroom Update



The mudroom was remodeled with a highly functional floor and plenty of storage creating a clean and effortless space with custom cabinetry and shelving.



Full Bath Remodel


The historic remodel of this full bath maintained the integrity of the home while also protecting the original craftsmanship. The original window was refurbished with the pulley system. Where the new shower is, that was originally the chimney that went to the floors below.


Remodeled Half Bath



Updating every aspect of this half bath created a timeless and effortless look.
