The freestanding garage provides ample storage space and was designed to match the home.
Old Joins New
The original home is on the left (brick) and the new addition on the right (siding). The exterior molding for the new addition was custom cut to match the existing vintage trim and maintain a cohesive look.
Chef's Kitchen
A separate dish area keeps cooking space clutter free and the large sill window is perfect for plants.
Incorporating the homeowners sink from Asia and matching the paint color ads drama and interest to a small powder room.
Living Area
The room is highlighted with wood floors, the homeowners art and plenty of light from french doors. Another Chinese piece of the homeowners was installed as a door.
French Door Accents
The french doors and the wall diving the living area are the former exterior of the home. The white paint was removed from the brick white the doors remain to provide light and division.
Woodburning Fireplace
A contemporary wood burning fireplace is the centerpiece of the living area.
Custom Sliding Door
The homeowner's Chinese door was carefully mounted to a hidden sliding barn door rail system.
Upper Level Hallway
In the upper level hall you can again see evidence of the addition. This was the former exterior window.
Master Bath Soaking Tub
A freestanding soaking tub and filler turn the master bath into a spa-like retreat. A neat feature is the laundry chute next to the tub.

The homeowner's selection of modern cabinet hardware give the vanity a truly custom look.
