Exterior of home was repainted, stairs and landing rebuild and split rail fence added. Not pictured are a detached garage and shed.
Front Entrace
A few minor repairs and a little paint refreshed this screened in front porch.
Living Area
The charm was brought back to this little living area by removing old paneling and baseboard heat and replacing it with drywall and new HVAC system.
Bright White Kitchen
Everything but the flooring was gutted from this kitchen. Bright white inset cabinets, matching white subway tile back splash, and granite counters fit right in with the original vintage sink that was cleaned up and re-used.
Built-In
The real star of the living space is the built in cabinetry that was beautifully restored. Floors were refinished and recessed lighting added through out the home.
Walls and hallways were reconfigured to better access the basement and open the living space which resulted in this cool doorway. Pantry closets were built into either side of the basement door to make efficient use of the space between walls.
Converting a vintage dresser into a bath vanity was the homeowner's idea. It fills this small bath well. Refinished vintage lighting fixtures can be found through out the home.
The vintage sink and mirror were flea market finds by the homeowner. They fit nicely in this teeny-tiny powder room. The saturated cobalt blue walls are a nice change from the white through out the rest of the house.
